Effects can bortezomib medicine cause?

Bortezomib might cause incidental effects. Tell your PCP if any of these manifestations, or those in the SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS segment, are extreme or don't disappear: 

  • general shortcoming 
  • sluggishness 
  • sickness 
  • regurgitating 
  • loose bowels 
  • clogging 
  • loss of hunger 
  • stomach torment 
  • cerebral pain 
  • torment, redness, swelling, dying, or hardness at infusion site

Symptoms of bortezomib overdose may include the following:


  • fainting
  • dizziness
  • blurred vision
  • unusual bruising or bleeding
