Bortezomib might cause incidental effects. Tell your PCP if any of these manifestations, or those in the SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS segment, are extreme or don't disappear:
- general shortcoming
- sluggishness
- sickness
- regurgitating
- loose bowels
- clogging
- loss of hunger
- stomach torment
- cerebral pain
- torment, redness, swelling, dying, or hardness at infusion site

Symptoms of bortezomib overdose may include the following:
- fainting
- dizziness
- blurred vision
- unusual bruising or bleeding
